A brick and mortar shed of this kind requires planning approval in order to be built and compliment the garden in which it is to be situated. The planning approval process necessitates that a drawing pack including designs, layouts, elevations, etc, be submitted. From existing design intent diagrams, Ana produced the requisite drawings for the planning application pack.
Ana’s drawings, which can be seen here, illustrate how a brick structure is supported by a concrete foundation with two doors and three sets of windows located at the front. She ensured that 8 square metres were made fully available in a construct that matches well with the main property.
As the designer who produced the drawing pack, Ana was also on-hand to provide assistance throughout the planning application.
The shed, designed for a London property, was submitted for approval in 2014 and has since been built to a high standard. Ana’s valuable input helped ensure this successful outcome.
